What are the rental yields?

• Short-term rental / Airbnb: depending on location 8–12% p.a.
How long does the purchase process take?
From a quick reservation (possible within one day) to approx. 4 weeks for contract signing.
Are financing options available?
Yes – but exclusively for ready (completed) properties.
With Residency (e.g., Golden Visa): Financing up to 80% of the property value possible.
Without Residency (Non-Resident): Financing up to 60% of the total price possible.
For off-plan projects, financing is not possible, regardless of residency status.
