A non-binding consultation to define goals (investment, owner-occupancy, returns). Only then follows the targeted project selection.

Typically 5–20% of the purchase price as a reservation or initial payment – depending on the developer and payment plan.

Long-term rental: approx. 5–8% p.a.

Short-term rental / Airbnb: depending on location 8–12% p.a.

From a quick reservation (possible within one day) to approx. 4 weeks for contract signing.

Yes – but exclusively for ready (completed) properties.

  • With Residency (e.g., Golden Visa): Financing up to 80% of the property value possible.

  • Without Residency (Non-Resident): Financing up to 60% of the total price possible.

For off-plan projects, financing is not possible, regardless of residency status.
